The Trumpf Trulaser Tube 7000 is a flexible and high speed tube laser cutting system. This Tube 7000 is the optional large format machine capable of handling  a 30′ Raw piece and with a modified off-load system, large finished pieces can be offloaded as well. Also, it is equipped with a 3600-watt Trumpf resonator for efficient material processing.

A light contrast-measuring device able to find most weld seams. Samples of your tube should be evaluated before this device is ordered.

Material Handling Options:

Loading
LoadMaster Tube 30 ft with auto tube loader Automatic tube feed for round, square and rectangular tubes with the help of a bundle magazine. Can be used for tube lengths of 10 ft up to 30 ft. Integrated length measurement and zero point positioning of raw material in the transfer unit. The maximum bundle weight is 8.800 lbs.
The tubes are transported onto a buffer tack from the bundle magazine. As an alternative, tubes can be loaded on the buffer track manually. A gripper system picks the tubes up from the buffer track and transfers them to the feed and rotary station.
Slewable conveyor path for LoadMaster Tube
For manually loading of small lot sizes and the processing of special profiles.

Unloading
Part removal station 21-ft with brush conveyor
Larger form of the standard unload, allowing automated finished part unload of parts up to 21 feet in length. Incorporates tube supports unloading to an incline, then to a brush table conveyor.
Additional part removing rear for part removal station
Parts can be unloaded on the brushtable to the front or into a box to the rear.
